JoAnn DePolo, is a multi-dimensional acrylic painter focusing on contemporary subjects, author of “Making It As An Artist" and a declared “visionary” in her field. JoAnn’s resume includes an extensive list of corporate and private clientele with an audience extending from her hometown to the national and international. Several celebrities own DePolo originals including world-renowned artist Peter Max and Major League ball player and artist Omar Vizquel. In addition to teaching and directing arts camps, DePolo continues to organize Come & Create™ Community Murals, opening the opportunity for everyone to become involved in the painting experience. JoAnn is devoted to helping others to connect with and express their love of creating. With a creative vision that sees beyond that which is obvious,DePolo expands beyond her own interests and individuality to inspire every person around her. And, because of that ability, she also coaches artists into the profession and is an instructor. DePolo believes there is nothing more affirming than knowing who you are and what you are capable of accomplishing.

Although painting on canvas is her preference, she believes that art consists of much more. JoAnn's professional career began as a result of an intense and unyielding search for a release from the boxed in-ness that she once felt. Most people are amazed at the style and diverse nature of her accomplished pieces. DePolo’s approach is alive and spirited, bringing forth the genuineness of each piece.
