傅松华，男，笔名 傅一，１９７４年９月出生于福建宁化，１９９５年毕业于福州大学工艺美院，１９９７年在解放军艺术学院美术系深造，２０００年６月应邀参加德国阿波尔达市举办的《来自中国的色彩与音乐》展，２００２年参加国家人事部中国人才研究会书画人才专业委员会评选，被评为“当代中国画杰出人才”，２００３年元月参加泰国中国书画有限公司、唐人画廊举办的《自然、情怀》展，曾赴法国、意大利、德国、比利时、摩罗哥、奥地利、荷兰、泰国、越南等艺术博物馆考察。现就职于厦门市美术馆。现任厦门美术家协会副秘书长。
